How to care for your BBQube Stainless Food Probe?

The probe should never be submersed in water or any other liquid, as water may get into the internal wiring and short the circuit. Do not use the probe outside its operational range. Clean the probe with soft towel after each use and never put it into dishwasher. Be careful not to pinch wiring during cooking and wrap it back to the wire clip after use.

Then what is the operating temperature range?

For our stainless food probes, it's -22 degree F (-30 C ) to 572 degree F (300 C)

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply contact us via email or phone and we'll take care of you. You can find our contact info on our "Contact Us" page. If you placed your order through our website, we have your order info in our system. If you ordered it from other vendors like Amazon, please provide us your order details while contacting us.
