Have something to return? We want to make it easy for you. You may return items within 45 days of delivery. Items must be complete and are returned to us in new condition. You may make an exchange or return items for a full refund of the product amount. Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made.
How do I arrange for a return?
Call our customer service at 678-534-1366 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm EST) or email to BBQube@bestemusa.com for a return merchandise authorization number (the RMA#). Fill up the return form on the back of the packing list and include it in the return package.
Return processing time?
Once we receive your returned merchandise at our warehouse, we will process and initiate your refund within 3 business days.
Return Shipping Label?
If we email or ship you a prepaid return label, you'll need to print it (if delivered by email), tape it to the box, then drop the box off at that particular carrier’s drop off location.

BBqube will assume full responsibility for the quality and the performance of the product you have purchased from us. In the event a BBQube Product proves faulty, our sole obligation will be to repair or replace or to refund the purchase price.
